Greenwoods' Bookshoppe is a general bookstore. We've been around for over 25 years and, yes, we are an independent bookstore. We carry books in subject areas ranging from fiction to history, graphic novels to travel writing, art to cooking, gardening to science and much more. Though we carry the major releases, we do have an eclectic selection including books by authors like Haruki Murakami, Cintra Wilson, David Sedaris, Ha Jin, and Jeanette Winterson. Our staff choices section is a good first stop on any visit to the store. We are very much reading booksellers and we can usually find you that next book to read. We can also order in anything that you can't find on our shelves, even if it is no longer in print.

Our store has a Passport to Reading, a free card which earns you credit towards future purchases. If you are 65 or over, you receive a 10% senior citizen's off all non-sale items. And for that perfect gift, we have gift certificates starting at 5$. Come and visit. We are much more than just our website.
